The Profound Benefits of Breath Work
The transformational benefits for this style of breath work are undeniable with immediate and long lasting results. I have been a counselor for 12 years and have always had a passion for helping others reach their goals. Over the last 17 years I have explored many types of self care practices and all the exploration and research led me to connected breathing. I have spent the last year practicing connected breathing and was trained by Jon Paul Crimi the Master of this style of breath work. I look forward to sharing the benefits of this style of breath work with the Central Oregon community.
